Got the same error after talking to the fox. Specifically when unlocking the first sex scene with her.

I don't know how to help with the error, but I can help open the gallery with Fox, you need to save it in the AppData\Local\Sloppy_Fields file, open it in a text editor and change in
"unlock sex scenes" -> "fox":0.0, to "fox":2.0,
save and activate the "camera" icon in the game to view scenes
