This combination helped me:
SugarCube.State.variables.supp=true
SugarCube.State.variables.supp1=true
SugarCube.State.variables.supp2=true
I did not get any error messages after that, normal gameplay, now I am renovating the hotel on the island.

Confirmed, that is indeed the case. I have three girls in my strip club that I have trained to the max, all 10/10, but the suggestion to hire a third girl doesn't disappear.

This is a bug from older saves. Please send your save file and I will fix it. Please be patient, I have a long working week and can only do something late in the evening.

Thank you for the suggestion, but it looks like I've managed to beat the softlock with the third girl. For this I had to start the game from scratch. In a simplified version, the island has not yet visited. Acted as follows: first I trained Megan, and only after completing her training hired Kira and London. And the further development of the plot turned out to be unblocked!
And yes, I did not use cheats, the game is quite passable without their help.
Now I have such an arrangement:
Money: 30111
Power: 464
Kira and London training continues. I will go to the island, but only after I save money, the hotel is very expensive.
UPD: Yeah, it's all right now. Bought a photo studio and put it in the basement.
UPD2: Faptastic Game, bravo!
Even though I only managed to get through the game on my second try, but I don't regret the time spent on gameplay. It's rare that I get a kind of hunting excitement, but you did it.
Is it worth playing? Absolutely!
A solid 8 out of 10. I dropped one point because of a bug that caused a softlock.

Unfortunately, I don't know why your system does this. In the save dialog you just have to click on Save, save and attach the file here.
I guess I could start over and see it I don't have a problem a second time through.
I don't know why it's changing it to txt either.

Errors for me on the Kenzie training scenes ..
It seems to happen when I pause video, or scroll and they pause.
