Maybe instead of playing as the girl trying to keep their sluttiness within a certain range, change it so you're the virus trying to get the girl to go out of that range. Reading the dialogues and description gives you clues as to what each girl's "weakness" is so you know how to get them to crack. For example, maybe Roisen can tell Ella that she loves a strong drink, and then later when she's fighting it the virus can suggest to her that she needs a strong drink, lowering her willpower.
When you have more days you can come back to each girl to see how they've progressed in debauchery. So for the first couple days, you're just meeting the characters and can have optional sex scenes if you succeed at tempting them. But you don't get a game over either way. If you don't tempt them, they just aren't as slutty the next time you play as them. Maybe you can roleplay so certain girls go the "pure" route while other girls go full on "corrupted" route, with different dialogue for both. More work, but better corruption.

There's a very simple way to be a slut without any NTR - it's called being single. I knew there were people who can't fathom the concept of being in a relationship, but I never realized there are so many people who can't fathom the idea of not being in a relationship.

I'm completely taking out the lust gameplay element of the game for the moment
In the future I'll add in minigames or something to the game but for the moment it will just be story

Click-fest, hardly worthy of being called a VN, let alone a game. No choices, just click-click-click. Might become better, will have to keep an eye on it. But as it stands, not the best investment of time if you're looking for an actual game.
On the plus side, the images are consistent. Which is tough enough sometimes.

I was quickly bored by this game:
- porn images come too quickly, no time for immersion, also the same first BBC gif is played over and over again
- i did not understand all of the English. Is "Da" a new slang to say "Dad" ? (or is i just bad english ?)
- i was bored before any choice, Ella become a slut too quickly, without me the player, making choice/influence for her.
As a "virus" player i would like to have a sort of limited power (at start) like:
- the virus can infect only one of two people
- some people may be immune, if the virus have not yet enough points
- a need to try to stay "low profile" to avoid some sort of medical research
- slut girls being sluts give "points" (to infect more people or to gain traits)
- and in contrary trying to infect, immune people may remove points or increase medical research
For now, i was just bored, there is an idea somewhere, but the actual result is not to my linking

Indeed, this dev need to play Plague Inc at last one time (or the other porn games out there based on, aliens, succubi or vampires)
