It's sorta ironic that most NTR games are MTL, it's as if it deliberately fucks with and takes away the thing you most desired and wanted before your eyes.

The MTL was done by the developer himself. The developer probably knew he had to MTL to get a non Russian audience to play his game and thus more exposure. Doubt he could afford to pay someone to localize it so in this case MTL is what he had to do to get his game more exposure. Can't really blame him.

Also I looked at the code and it looked like he put effort into it.

It's real short. Quite literally only 1 scene. The town design looks alright, but it was already over within 10 minutes. I would wait til this one has more meat on its bones.
