Can confirm. Wanted to mention the same. Can't continue the Romi quest line because she doesn't exist in the kitchen.

In order to help AmusingOddity find the problem, could any of you explain when that happens? What is your character progress with Romi? Are you on her public route? What was your previous interaction with Romi and what does the hint in the Guide say about her?
While playing the beta version, I could finish Romi's current scenes. Now the Stats page shows for Romi: "Character progress: 12 of 12" and "Current Route: Public". What does it say for you?
If one of you has a save to hand that you could post, it'll help me run down the bug faster.
Never mind, I found it. It was a bad if statement that was stopping the image from displaying. New HTML on the front page that will fix it. Thanks for the heads up.

Can you post the updated HTML to anywhere other than Mixdrop? I cannot download it from there. Mixdrop doesn't ever let me download the selected file. It only ever serves up ads, opera, VPNs, or really anything other than what I'm trying to download.
Fixed. I ran through the rest of her new stuff from there, all worked fine, you should be good now. Fun fact, I think I caused the second issue while I was fixing the first. New HTML on the front page.

Do we need a fresh start for Romi's public route? If we need that does anyone have a save for Romi's public route=?
cant continue with Khole after using the app on her, just says "I have already used the app on her today" ive waited 2in game days and no change, also cant continue with romi in the kitchen after the pizza delivery

i did attune her first but like i said after that it wont let me continue. Are you saying that after romi flashes the pizza guy her story is done?
I just double checked, played form your save, talked to Khloe in the park, waited a day, went to her house, was able to advance fine.
You're at the end of her Private arc. Her public arc is a whole other branch. If you're interested in doing the public arcs for characters I'd recommend having a save dedicated to that as each branch is exclusive.

Actually you need at least three saves (or sets of saves) because several important characters can only be unlocked from India's private route:
- Private routes for all characters, split routes (private) for Romi and Elliot
- Private route for India, public routes for all other characters, split routes (public) for Romi and Elliot
- Public route for India, joint route for Romi and Elliot, ignore most other characters
- (optional, rather short) Macro/bimbo route for India, ignore most other characters
To create these sets of saves, you can start a new game and do the usual grind until you are presented with the public/private choices for a character. Then go back a few steps (back arrow) before you started the scene with that character, and focus for a while on other characters. After a while, you will have a game in which India, Karlee, Jessica, Gia and others are at the point where meeting them requires you to choose between their public and private routes. Save that to disk (maybe give it a suffix such as "-common" or "-initial-choices" before you start forking the routes).
Note that you will not have met Veruca/hacker, Leah, Veronica and many others (Joanna and her friends, all strippers, all pornstars, etc.) because Veruca can only be met after selecting the route for Romi and Elliot, and all others can only be met on India's private route (some of them require going rather far: Veronica and Penny will only appear after step 26 on India's private route). A future version of the game may allow the other characters to be unlocked on India's public route, but that is not possible yet.
Then you start forking by keeping one set of saves in which you select the private route for India and another set in which you select her public route. The first set can be split further by selecting the public or private routes for all other characters. Remember to use a unique suffix for each set of saves so that you do not mix them up.
This will give you three or four sets of saves that you can go back to whenever a new version of the game is released.
It may be a bit frustrating to start a new game from scratch in order to be able to create these separate sets of saves, but it is well worth the effort. The sooner you create your saves for private/public routes, the more you will enjoy the future updates of the game.
When the Changelog for 0.48 announces a new set of scenes for Romi's public route, you can load the latest file with the suffix "-all-public" and have your fun with Romi. Once you reach the end of the updates for her story, you save a new file with the suffix "-all-public" so that it will be ready to be used when a future version of the game has more updates on a public route for Romi or for another character. The same Changelog for 0.48 announces some updates for Khloe's private route, so you switch to your latest save with the suffix "-all-private" and you enjoy Khloe's craziness. You can also enjoy Meana, because unspecified routes should be considered like private routes until there is a choice between the public and private routes for that character. Consider these sets of saves as some parallel universes between which you can switch whenever you want to play some public or private routes.

weird question.... after romi comes to visit she appears at home and her house open..her quest and elliot seems to be possible to start but romi never appears home so... is it normal and i need to get farther with a specific character or...? because romi doesnt appear anywhere else other than when shes off to bed
That was a bug with the first HTML I posted. There is a new one up now. Swap that in and you should be good.
