I have some game optimization problems, sometimes it runs smoothly without problems, other times it stutters senselessly. I have already seen and performed the optimization that is indicated, but even after having done it it still gives me these stutters. Even lowering everything doesn't change anything... can someone give me other advice or suggestions please?

Try playing it with Task Manager opened. That solved the stutters for me and also made the game load faster for some reason.
