Technically? You have to unlock the scene first => you have to see it so it can be "collected" into the gallery "house" its a weird blue castle in the town on the right side of the map, its on the left from the alchemy station of the Royal Alchemist

Left from the alchemy station, which is somewhere on the left side of the Shiptown map.

But yeah, you have to trigger those events first in order to watch them whenever you like. You can also unlock animation bonuses for collecting certain amounts, though only one has been created so far. The only guy is a WIP.

Nope, still 0.24 as far as I know. New updates usually drop in the 3rd of every month anyways, or at least ones for the Patreon builds.
