Not in all Slavic languages though. In Polish, the diminuitive form śmietanka refers to non-sour cream (RU: сливки), while śmietana usually means sour cream. And then śliwki are... plums.
Smetanka (сметанка) is diminuitive form of Russian smetana (сметана). Sour cream is the only meaning for both. Sliwki (сливки) is non-sour cream. Imho the writing of the game name is definitely Russian, and in this case smetanka can mean "cum" (smetanka is one of the "cum" euphemisms in Russian).

I know the meaning, I just observed the difference. And the game title is not definitely Russian. Do you know why? Because East Slavic languages generally do not use Latin alphabet. At a glance, the title looks Czech or Slovak. And in those languages, this word is not an euphemism for 'cum' but high society or the very best (as in English: cream of the crop). In Polish 'spijać śmietankę' does not mean to drink cum but to enjoy extreme profit with little effort, wallow in luxury (while others have to make do with milk). Back in the day, cream (and butter too) was a relatively expensive diary product and quite laborious to make, so it was associated with high status. Non-sour form was even more priceless, because it meant it was ultra fresh.

Pretty game, but "female protagonist" and male POV don't mix.
Sucks it doesn't have hair-style options, either.

Dude, this is a Russian developer.
In the social network, the developer explains the name of the game in this way. A simple word without much meaning.
Please do not engage in demagogy.

Have a good day. :)(y)
