This is even better! Even if Smug doesn't change the planned video sequence, he might use this idea in the future. And most likely, everything will depend on the degree of Smug's depravity and the feedback from active patrons.

Ok, this is the last time im gonna post anything, I have a VPN and a great one, one that i pay a monthly sub for, But i can access the sites like patreon anyway, the issue is that i cant access the NSFW images at the moment and as soon as i turn my VPN on i have to go through a load of security again to gain access to the site again. and then have to do it again as soon as i turn it off again. and since no one seems to get this why should i bother? i can see all Smugs stuff on his discord so its not an issue to me at all, all iv done is let peeps know that i may not be able to post WIP posts anymore and i was doing that off my own back. Anyway again im not gonna be posting anymore so u will need to wait or find someone else willing to post updates for you

For me to simply use THIS site, I have to reload every damn page several times, and then cancel the page loading at a certain point and catch a moment to “return to the previous one” and only then the page MAYBE will load adequately. Not to mention the real difficulties when half of my favorite online games do not work without a VPN, and with VPN they work unstable TOO, and I have to pay for several VPNs at once in order to compare them during each game in search of a more stable one, again and again.

Today I use VPN for discord, YouTube, all nfsw sites, (even damn pornhub) spotify, twitch, reddit, steam. add to this several important applications that do not work adequately with VPN for me and I really need to switch every time (for example, telegram), you get a real fairy tale.

Despite the fact that I’m not the only one who lives this way, this is literally the life of the majority of residents of the CIS countries.

And now we return to the so-called “complicated” process of passing a site security check, where this “incredible complexity” means pressing one button or simply matching pictures / writing a captcha

no offense, bro, but I would rather upset you with these facts than endure your complaints about “complicated” problems and smug words that supposedly no one understands you, when most people were silent and did not say anything to you, and I just inqured and just wanted to offer help.

Ohh and just to point out, the UK goverment and also put in place a rule and a fine system where if a web site allows use of a VPN to bypass this new age law the will be fined or have there web site take down from the internet. so even if i wanted to use my VPN, at the moment i would be a bbad idea but yet it makes no difference to u lot, it only effects us in the UK.

And even here, completely not caring about the constitution, there are no special restrictions on the use of VPN. Recently, our bastards added a new law, according to which we cannot visit sites marked as extremist, even for the purpose of information, by using a VPN. But even so, firstly, this applies only to important big shots, and secondly, it is almost impossible to track,only if some fool here doesn’t use the “new official Russian VPN”.

And now we just return to the laws of your UK, where only sites and their owners will be punished...
I’m certainly not an expert, but something tells me that piece of democracy in your country, even despite the monarchy, is, welllllll, a hundred times more than in ours. And something tells me that my country will fall apart faster than yours will restrict citizens from visiting blocked sites for informational purposes

I understand all that, and i dont have a problem using my VPN on site where i need to, BUT, i dont wish to risk having a site shut down at worst or have them have a huge fine just so i can see something i can find somewhere else. But as it happens so far patreon and sub-star havent changed anything that effects me seeing NSFW content anyway, unlike Itch witch have just about blocked all adult content to any UK ip address. Some devs have managed to meet what ever rules have been put up but aloooot havent. Anyway back to Smugs updates (as iv just said) nothing has changed so far so i should still be able to post the WIP updates when they come up. As for u over there in Russia, i feel for u, no one should have to go through everything u are i dont really follow it anymore since its on the news all the time but i can understand that its becoming a real pain to do anything.

Honestly, it's quite unusual to hear this. We have long been accustomed to this; we have been living like this for four years now. and a good VPN can be found for 50 cents a month, and in fact there is no particular discomfort (not including online games).

Anyway, thanks, and sorry if I sounded pompous somewhere.

As for problems with website owners, you actually have a pretty interesting position too.

But actually I think in the current reality, all website owners should take care of this problem.
It’s worth considering that in the UK a huge portion of people are switching to VPNs, which means that website owners will be affected in one way or another.
And for individual users to limit themselves in their use for the sake of the well-being of sites sounds like an attempt to stop the flow of the sea with the palm of your hand

In any case, it seems to me that this topic of conversation does not require continuation, yet this is not what the forum is about.

Whatever happens to your publication, it is important to know for us - ordinary consumers, that, as anybody say, “Do not bite the hand that feeds you.”
You do a lot for us and we must respect it and not take it for granted.

Hopefully this will be sorted before Smugs posts his WIP update 2moro, but just incase its not plz bear with me and i will post as soon as im able to put the attachments on the post. Again though hopefully it wil be sorted before Smugs update 2moro afternoon.

They do, and i could also use my own google drive aswell, but i find it easier just to post on here rather than post links for peeps to download them, At the moment everything is back to normal now anyway so i should be fine 2moro, But will check in the afternoon to make sure i can post attachments again so all is fine. I only posted just incase it wasnt fixed by the time Smug posted his update, but it seems to be sorted now or atleast at the moment anyway lol
