That person described Penny jerking off Sylveon with both hands, but you posted the Glaceon animation. I'm assuming that what they described doesnt actually exist.

the only ones where penny is jerking off is in deed Glaceon, Im not sure if there was a Sylveon one at one point, but as far as i can tell and find there not on Sub-star and i cant see them on his Discord so im guessing he either changed to Glaceon, or he removed them from his discord and Sub-Star.
Edit, gonna check every where else now, cant find anything else at the moment but will check, im thinking they maybe older renders he did before he started full dev of this animation, but again i will check to see if iv missed anything.

But there's not much extra content so he probably thinks not worth it to update yet.
