Doesn´t matter, they are in this Game since the original Cartoon just had 3 and one of them quite Old. So the newer female Smurfs still counts to since they get used to fill this game with female Smurfs.
First of all, Papa Smurf didn’t create Smurfette. Gargamel did. She was sent in as Gargamel’s evil spy with the intention of destroying the Smurf village. But the overwhelming goodness of the Smurf way of life transformed her. And as for the whole gang-bang scenario, it just couldn’t happen. Smurfs are asexual. They don’t even have reproductive organs under those little white pants. That’s what’s so illogical, you know, about being a Smurf. What’s the point of living if you don’t have a dick?

Nearly all smurfs are male they were brought by a Stork. The 3 female smurfettes were created with magic.

Nanny / Granny Smurf is Grandpa Smurfs Wife. She wasn´t created by Gargamel.
She was trapped in a spooky castle that comes out every 500 Years. In her Debut Episode in Season 8 Grandpa Smurf also got into this Castle and helped his Wife and the others who got trapped there to escape.
