If I haven't done anything wrong, I think she's bugged for me. I have all the hypnosis upgrades (except for carrying more film) and she doesn't appear for me. I walked the entire map with 1 star and nothing, Maybe i need to do another quest or get a 1 star in a specific way?

Just to verify, you did get told by the voyeur pic girl, after she moved locations, to go find the policewoman, correct? If you have not been told to find her yet, you need to grind dates with the voyeur pic girl first until you unlock the next heart (should take 4-5 dates with gifts).
If you have done that and were told to find the policewoman, make sure you have the "blind police" cheat turned off, because that can sometimes cause her spawn to bug out the first time around. She should spawn near the top left of the map (near where you took one of the voyeur pics, not far from the hypnosis sex alley).
Maybe that's why, like i said, the last pic i got for the voyeur girl was the guy having sex, after that she is saying for me get back later, i will grind dates with her to see if i unlock, but thanks!
Edit: That's it! After finishing another date with vyeur girl I unlocked the policewoman and already took all the photos. Thanks again!.

even tho I extracted the bepinex file into the root folder with the .exe , whenever I try to launch the game I get this pop up and can't play it... Can someone help please?

yep, thats why its a mod and not a vanilla feature, I also made a mod about DC Charcaters that is very, very uncommon in Japan so its up to the player if he wants this to break his japan immersion or not

It worked for me, did u put CheatMod.dll in "plugins" and AntiCheatPatcher.dll in patchers?

I also get the error. I unzip the file from BepInEx_ into the folder and start the game. The error message comes up and only after starting do you have to put the cheat and anti-cheat in, but that doesn't work
