VN - Ren'Py - Completed - Snow Daze: The Music of Winter [v1.6] [Outbreak Games]

The game has a nice concept and dialogue for a VN. You can follow it easily and if you believe hypnosis of people is a real thing, or at least for the sake of this fictional world, it is believable.

However, I have given it only 2 stars because the artwork is inconsistent. When interacting with the women, they are drawn in one way, but the moment you unlock a scene, it becomes exaggerated and different. I'm also suspecting a hint of AI, which in this lazy format is a turn-off. Add to that, that there isn't a male body, just a cut of penis for weird angles, and on top of that, scenes are just 3 frames that repeat themselves, or you can finish by the classic 3 frames you can think of.

I cannot relate to the other reviews at all. you have the story, you have the dialogue, even decent voices, and then the dev fumbles it all with lacking scenes.

Great game. I would want it to be a little longer, and the bonus scenes should just be part of the game honestly. But it was good with little to no fluff. The family stuff was whatever, I guess that might be for someone else.

Excellent game for what it is: a short, light hearted visual novel style experience. I love the hypnotic corruption theme, the incest and impregnation fetishes, and the fact that the LIs are fully voiced. That said, I do have some gripes that make me detract a star from my rating:

• The artwork is a mixed bag; most of it quite good, but some (particularly in sex scenes) is offputtingly amateurish. The game is a great mood setter but not particularly fappable.
• There is a twist near the end of the story that, even if it didn't quite ruin the game for me, skirted very close.

• There is an overall 'nudge nudge, wink wink', 'this is all ridiculous' feel to the game (that is reinforced by some of the voice acting.) Now, I like games with a light-hearted tonality but it goes too far here, breaking the fourth wall.

I really liked this game, it was a great experience. It's certainly not very long, but the content is quite good. The characters are quite likable, and there is a variety of personalities, both in their real self and those manipulated by the protagonist. The story could be simple because they are trapped by a blizzard, and that is what keeps them at home, but the truth is that the setting of the house is not tiresome, and the characters are well handled, both because of the time they have been trapped and because of who they are. If you manage to do everything right, the ending is simply perfect.

The characters are writen well and the story and dialogues are interesting (if you're into incest or corruption or mind control), BUT

1) the game is short
2) lack of H content
3) absolute minimum in terms of animation
4) characters are fat and ugly
5) ending is crap
6) misleading tags: BDSM? Nope. Trainer? Nope. Anal sex? Nope. Harem? If only the game didn't end before some harem thing actually happened

Thats it.

An interesting spin on the hypnosis genre, which can be enjoyed guilt free since while there is still some affection underneath, everyone in that house is a massive self-centered jerk with an attitude problem. Lewd, voiced with good English voice acting, and you can definitely understand the MC wanting to hatefuck every single one of those women after what they put him through on a daily basis.

author knew how much it sux to play it that he had to include "hints"
and its awfully reveal how terrible is this game design

Summary: select exactly 1 option author wanted you to take or suffer bad end
just to enjoy few second sex scene at the end with 1 girl

Feedback:
game would be much better as Sandbox or if it would end as Sandbox
where player can visit every girl and perform interactions together
repeat some scenes and strengthen relation
Game could also benefit from letting player chose what girls wear
in current form game is just collection of nice ideas packed into game too weak to realize full potential

I used to think this was a classic but now I've come to realize the voice acting is average at best, there is BARELY any content and scenes, and those scenes are incredibly short. To the point you don't really notice that there is even dialogue in them. Bad game, look to the future everyone we have advanced now.

Very solid, worth playing.

The writing here is great and the general paths each of the LIs are going down are quite hot. Love the music and voice acting as immersion touches.

Hypnosis feels like a particularly dark kind of corruption, and this game really nails the vibe.

I was hoping for a harem ending, and the models / art leaned a little more to the realistic side of things, which is probably great for a lot of people but not so much for me. I would have probably preferred 4 sex dolls, but there are plenty of games out there for me that give that!

Probably the only real negative was the floating dick in the scenes. Was super weird, and took me out of it a few times. Would have preferred full art scenes.

It's a good and short game about corruption with hypnosis. The art is good, alhough the backhround pictures are strange. The writing is not great, but it has its good moments and overall it shows slow and steady process pretty good.
From the downsides, there is not too much "content" from the lewd side. Also the final act of the game is looking a bit strange in comparison with the previous game, a little bit rushed.
But overall it's a good game. Not a terrible slop, as it often happens with hypnosis games. But not great, and it could be doing a little bit more with the concept

Perfect, it would be better if the game is a bit longer and give us options to do with the girls after finishing dominating all of them. And let us break some of them more than it is right now. However i am contented with this ending rn

Good art with a decent variety in body types. The game isn't very long, but it does feel like there's enough content for the story it tells. There isn't much in the way of gameplay, but it does matter what choices you make and there are multiple endings, including a "hidden" harem ending that requires to complete all the others (just save at the big choice, you'll know which one, and complete each individual arc to unlock the harem option).

A relatively short VN, with amazing hand drawn art. The story is very straightfoward nothing ground breaking.

I like that the art was revamped, it looks amazing. no animations abut it does have voice acting which is a nice touch.

Also love the end, the art is so hot.

All the characters are very sexy and the incest content is very good. Lots of options and multiple endings too. The voice acting and the art are very good and some real effort was put into the game. I remember at one point seeing a sequel for yetis game coming out? I was like a summer vacation theme with the same characters. Does anyone know what happened to that or if its happening still? I would really love to see that.

Great game. Mind Control is one of my favorite genres. Good Art style in the game. The plot is simple. But to complete the game itself "completely" without a walkthrough or a mod that is on the topic will be difficult, and as a result, to complete the game "easily and quickly" will not work. Of course, if you like to "explore independently" games, then you can do without them. Personally, I am used to simpler gameplay in games, but I certainly do not complain about it, although for me it is a small minus. But thanks to the kind people who made the mod and wrote the walkthrough, even I was very "comfortable" to play. In general, the game is about "corruption" and "brainwashing", and to be honest, the end of the game was quite interesting, very exciting things about the characters and their feelings were revealed, which for me greatly changed the impression of the game. For me it became much "more pleasant" because it added an element of "love" to the game, and not just one-sided "perverted dreams" of MC, but this is my opinion. It's also nice that there's an ending where we take all the girls. And fortunately, to get it, you don't have to constantly play the game over again, because when I was going to get it, I had such concerns)))) Fully voiced female dialogues are also a huge plus, as is the music itself. I really liked the game.

Short but to the point, the art is very good and in a few hours you cant get what you want if what you want is your regular incest/corruption porn game, I would have give it 3 stars but the art is good and the voices aren't annoying.

Such an amazing western hypnosis style game. I am honestly impressed by the writing and how well everything came together. Of course the game isn't perfect, but I would say it is just generally really good.

The developer has admitted himself that the art was unfortunately not consistent and I do dislike how the characters have two giant gravity orbs attached to their chests, but it is what it is.

I went into the game with great expectations because of the high review score and the number of likes, but I didn't find what I expected. first of all, there is no animation in the game despite having the animation tag. only one or two pictures rarely move back and forth. the story was beyond cliché. hypnotize someone and use them. the drawings of the characters were not bad. the only thing I liked about the game in general was the voice acting. as it is, it can get 2 stars from me at most.

The game points with the story or at least a lot of dialog (because the story itself is typical hypnosis plot) and voice acting.
Anything else isn't very good.
- I don't like oversized female bodies.
- There aren't much scenes
- Animations are mediocre
- It's a VN, so beside choosing the right dialog there isn't much gameplay

A well done hypno game, a lot of hot scenes with the characters, family is all step family or whatever (doesn't make sense, but still raised since birth as family), has some voice acting, Story is pretty decent, a couple runs worth of replay ability, the only singular complaint despite playing the entire game is that I forgot to save at the end, at the end you have a choice between breaking the hypnosis and going to a completely boring ending, or choosing one of the girls, well, I, didn't know that there is the true ending if you choose each option once and then hypnotise yourself. So only complaint was I didn't get every ending instantly and had to replay a bit, so make sure to search up a guide just to at least know there arena couple endings and slightly different routes you can go on, but overall I'd say this is one of the better games on this site, at least a 7-8/10 game.
