me with 3070 ti laptop (8gb vram), i debut i can´t even run at 1080p at medium settings.

By default it run on integrated graphic. Choose in NVIDIA control panel the proper graphic card.
Also be carefull, this game hanged my 4090, 2 times. I needed to restart laptop for fix it.

The costumes and bosses are unlockable by editing json files but I can't seem to unlock everything

i found a post on the steam page for the hidden locations of the female enemies you have to kill to unlock outfits.
it's the approximate location but it's better than just running around.

Map 1:

• Priestess — near the middle section of the river

Map 2:

• Fox Spirit — southeast part of the map
• Queen — due west on the map
• Ninja — central area, slightly northeast

Map 3:

• Barbarian Woman — near the eastern part of the map
• Fighter — northwest part of the map
• General — southern area, slightly to the east
