speaking for myself, it is actually a kink of mine, in that I like the notion of being involved with 2 women who are blood relation to one another, but not to me.
I also acknowledge that it is purely a fantasy (I would never do anything like that with my actual sisters/mother/cousins).. Though in all seriousness I'd personally say the kink comes down to closeness, when you are growing up the women in your family are the ones you are closest to, which has its own appeal just by how much you know them and see them, though later in life you tend to find that same closeness in the form of a partner instead.
