Yeah, I started to distance myself from reddit when they pulled the rug out from under developers by charging obnoxious prices for api access. (This basically killed hundreds of reddit apps on all platforms). The AI shenanigans started a bit after that, but it wasn't just reddit. Facebook is the forefront of that, though.

FYI, 64 out of 406 is not "significant minority' That's about 1 in 6. Minority, yes, but not such a small percentage to be unworthy of attention. If a USA presidential candidate was polling 15.7%, they'd be getting a TON of respect and attention. And I never said it was the majority - I said "lots". 64 in 7 days is 10/day. Again, though, I'm not complaining about NTR itself. I'm complaining that most of the NTR games are hinging on a single low-effort approach, and the result of THAT is a dislike in general of current NTR.
I'd be highly critical of this poll, and how you presented it. As "who the player is" is generally "the character the player can control decisions of". If you're playing a game, and you have the choice "spy on cheating wife" or "go to bed and cry", the player is obviously not the chad in bed with the cheating wife. They are the chud being cheated on.
Now, if you have a story being told from the perspective of the cuck, while the decisions presented to the player represent the choices of the affair partner, then there's strong argument that the player (protaganist) is *actually* the AP, but the story is just being told with a focus on NTR through perspective.
But as long as the choices - the agency - are for the cuck husband, then it's a story where the player is being cucked, not cucking.
