Because in english when a term is cumbersome or used colloquially people totes don't drop syllables. Are you seriously suggesting that in all circumstance, words are never, ever, ever shortened.

because netorare and cuckold can both be in the english language even though you think they are synonyms, or very overlapping. you have this idea that a word cannot enter the english language if there is already a synonym for it. which is wrong. there are many synonyms in english. so there is a place for netorare in english. so your whole argument that the other japanese tags (bukkake, ahegao...) are now english words goes for netorare too. you're constantly arguing against yourself. you're cherry picking which words are japanese and english.

Outside of a particular few, the widley used term is not netorare.

netorare is still the established name of the genre. not cuckold or cucked. your suggestion is therefore unrealistic and doomed to fail.

For anyone who's confident enough, words like "insecure", "incel", "gay", "soyboy", "retard", "autistic" and whatever you want, are nothing more that words defining a personality trait, a mental illness, or a sexual orientation. They are in no way used as insult, just as qualifier.
It's also the reason why no one care about the long diatribe you expect as being humiliating. If people stop to answer, it's not because they are crying, but because you stop being entertaining.

Plus, you're talking to peoples who are so old that they were called "gay" or "faggot", among other names, for everything and nothing during their school years. And this without any intent to insult them. Until high school you would have been called faggot just because you were seated next to a girl in classroom, and no one would have even thought that it mean that you like guys. And god, don't even dare to flirt a bit with her, you would have been called the "gayest gay on Earth" just for this.
While, when put into perspective, it was actually not really the best way to express ourselves, it was just friendly teasing. You would call someone "gay" ten times during the day, and yet call him your best friend and take him hunt for girls at the end of the day.
