There's a buttload of reasons why NTR is hated right now and I guess I will give a couple Real Life examples along with Site Related examples.

Site Related:

1. There's NTR hate by the NTR community strictly because we only have 1 tag that's Netorare, and sadly Netorase & Netori currently apply under that tag. So every thread is spammed with constant NTR debates, which spreads constant hate, and makes my life hell.
2. Several developers admitted to not knowing what NTR was before deciding to make an NTR game. So their game titles are essentially click bait to people with an NTR fetish.
3. Nearly every NTR game getting released right now has AI CG & Pay Walls.
4. Nearly every NTR Game is being confused by the following by the developer: Cuckold, Cheating, Neorase, Netori, Netorare, and Sharing. 'Cause god forbid we do our research before making a game.
5. Netorase & Netori tag rejections due to complications. We'd, the staff, would have to play every single Netorare game on the site and update it with the appropriate tags. We simply don't have the time for that as all staff volunteer our time. It's a similar issue for Foot Fetish & Foot Job tags. Before you respond with, "We can just report it for X Fetish." No... no you can't. Every time you do that we have to manually verify it exists or not. It's a time consuming process.
