Came back, saw the game was updated to fill in some of those missing arts, get halfway through 1.03 before finding out game is now on 1.05...

But where is it?

Thanks for the upload.
For anyone interested: I just wanted to add that my modified file Assembly-CSharp.dll (for resolution 1800x900) for v1.03 in my post (link) still seems to work for v1.05 (no crash on startup, backup and replace the original file in folder SL_Data\Managed).
