No idea what you're on about, the Patreon is still up with the most recent post dated 10th of September, and the main post here lists a twitter alt which is still up too. Presumably the main twitter account got banned or something.

Artist is MIA, not even subs can reach out to him, so you can stop asking for updates
For the alts and everything else I think he needs to confirm GDrive link access manually
So till he comes back, nothing can be done, unless he didn't update the link and someone has access from 3 months ago
Looking at tier1 links, he actually yoinked my archive structure for his gdrive
