It's a patreon game where the protagonist is desperate for money because his mother is suffering a disease, likely cancer. He received an offer from an acquaintance where he can potentially earn enough money to save and cure his mother from her disease. The caveat is that the protagonist has to kill the other competitors to get the money. It has a SAW feel to it. It has a 3d animation game. The patreon also has another game that's famous but I forget the title.
