I remember playing a game years ago. Basically you were part of a submarine / scuba crew on a cruise/boat and you had the opportunity to talk to a bunch of ladies. There was a scene with the ships nurse, she like asks you questions on your sexual activity etc, bit of an emphasis that the MC was a virgin.
