So the game was like, we are to build a woman robot that could be send for work/business not only that if we prefer not to send them to work (for us to earn money)
we can train them to either love/obedience route,

have a lot of puzzles to acquire stuff like money or materials to build the robot


thats all I have hopefully someone could help

Found it! The games called Maidfever, abandoned unfortunately as it was kind of fun (except for the puzzles).

Familiar Spirit of the Demon Lord maybe, train a girl to be a demon. If you like anime (and can get local emulator to work) Otamaid Mai, train a girl to be the ultimate otaku girlfriend. Elven Conquest, train girls because your bored.
