If you've defeated the purple man miniboss you should've picked up a new spell, you can equip it in the player menu and that'll let you progress further into the Stone Temple

There's one male-female scene in the demo and another in the Insider build, but otherwise you're right that it's not the focus :)
Edit: also FYI if anyone's run into the "optimizations.dll couldn't be loaded" error screen, I've uploaded a fixed build to Itch now and hopefully that error is never seen again (prayge emote). The builds in OP might be out-of-date if you're reading this message and experiencing the issue, try the Itch download build if so.

Do you mean the controller vibration or the rhythm circle? The former has a vibration "love" option in the settings, the latter is something you specifically have to purchase and can be avoided entirely. If it's something else, let me know and I'll see if I can add an option.

Anyone get how the spell upgrades work? I'm only asking cause I feel like I'm supposed to equip them somehow, cause I don't notice a difference after buying them. Specially the "explosive jump pad", as it does not explode when it hits a enemy, like it advertises

Them not auto-equipping is a bug and I'll take care of it, but you can equip them in the spells part of the player menu for now.
