Gameplay Overview:
This game is a turn-based strategy rogue-like rpg where your goal is to make it all the way to the end in a single run without your party’s stamina being depleted to 0. The approach is to firstly make a fun game, and have sexual themes interwoven strongly into most aspects of the gameplay. Some gameplay mechanics included are:

  • Battles revolving around enemy positions. Each enemy type has a different range of effectiveness against your heroines. Pushing and pulling enemies out of their effective range is key for victory in battle.
  • Random Skills for replayable fun: Skills have a wide range of uses, from changing enemy positions and healing your party to casting massive AOE attacks! (and maybe some sexy stuff later) Purchase new skills to add to the pool after each run and master their strategies to beat the game.
  • Random event road maps: chart your course at the start of each zone to choose which landmarks you’ll visit before you reach your destination. Landmarks range to anything from shops to mini-bosses, There’s no wrong way to go as long as it’s forward!
  • Battlefuck and Capture systems. Demons may harass and have sex with the heroines during the battle, and if the heroine’s stamina drops to zero, they will even capture them. But you can get the captured heroine back if you can find a Slaver camp and defeat the slaver boss… However they’ll be in bondage gear and you’ll need a special key to get them out of it.
  • Unlockable shops to expand the hubworld, in classic rogue-like fashion: Shops for skills and items to appear in runs, a blacksmith where you can purchase new class-changing outfits, and some NPCs to accept run missions from.
Plot Overview:
After loading into what should have been a very simple and generic RPG, the Heroine is put off by how long the title of the game is that she abandons her adventure to climb up a tower and ask God why the name of the game is so long. However, to gain an audience with God she will need to traverse the Holy Lands, a place full of demons so lustful that you have to sign a consent waiver before entering. Can the Heroine and her friends make it up God’s tower, and ask some questions, or will the only answers be the game you played along the way?

Playable Characters:

Swordswoman:
Swordswoman C_Battle.png

  • A curious hero who asks way too many questions, for example: “Why is the name of this game so flipping long?”
  • She is so mysterious that not even God can remove her helmet.
  • Her sword is much much bigger than yours.

Ninja:
Ninja C_Battle.png
  • A young narrator who lost her job and got tangled up in the swordswoman’s nonsense. Although she’s very skeptical, she’s along for the ride.
  • Ninja likes fighting, and is a connoisseur/critic of video games and anime. Takes pleasure in giving her less-than optimistic opinions.
  • She wields a chain-scythe and casts Ninjutsu magic.

Archer:
Archer C_Battle.png
  • The first boss of what would have been a classic RPG, but after the main storyline was abandoned by the Heroine, Archer joined up to remain relevant.
  • She is a goblin princess and isn’t afraid to be her worst self in public. She enjoys hunting, tinkering, cooking and eating.
  • She is a master of traps and uses a versatile crossbow.

DEVELOPMENT:
Hi, I am making this game because I too enjoy a fun and sexy experience, and I want to be a better artist and game designer. I had the idea for the mechanics after playing an old DS title called Radiant Historia that had a very interesting approach to rpg combat that involves pushing and pulling enemies around a battlefield. After playing some of the most highly acclaimed RPG games on this site, There were 3 I found myself coming back to (Moral Sword of Asagi, Shin-Sei Den, and the recently released Karryn's Prison) I think what made these games stand out above the rest, at least to me, was how the sexual elements directly fed into the gameplay loop and story. These weren't just games that happened to include porn, they were games where porn was tied into every part of it, and I think they were a lot of fun. After rearranging what I liked about these and a few other games into something new and exciting, I created my core mechanics and got to work.

This is currently a two person project between myself AmyTriangle (artist, writer and designer) and CodeMach (Coder). We teamed up on this project eight months ago and ever since have been working towards building a really fun and sexy experience for you. We are working on the demo of the game and hope to have a build for it out soon, we plan to fund a lot of the project through donations and will set aside anything needed to hire any further talent for quality improvements (such as music/sound and animated battle CGs). I've been recording timelapses of like 90% of the assets I've made for the game as a little treat to any supporters.

Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoy watching our game develop!

I have to admit the name got me curious about this game.
At first it was titled "Project: Long Name Game" because I was keeping the name a secret until I had a Coder. Once I had one he was like, "So what's the actual name going to be?"

After I told him he just sent me this

This is a great first impression. It seems like you know what gameplay elements you want, making it easier for the coder to code the functionality. I think this will be a lighthearted game with a focus on gameplay, sexy elements and a lot of humour. Such games are rare, so I see a lot of potential in this.

Good luck!

I like this origin. I will be keeping an eye on this game. If it gets a sequel I bet the name will be even longer.

I've got a discussion going about defeat scenes and I could really use your input if you have an opinion on them. I have a game mechanic idea that I want to implement, but I kinda want to see how people feel about these types of scenes in games.
Discussion: Defeat Scenes
Thanks!

News!

Coding:
CodeMach finished a prototype for me to test and it was the first time I actually got to try out some of the gameplay. We still have quite a ways to go before a demo, but I have had a lot of fun playtesting the really basic prototype so far and I'm excited to get the gameplay loop more balanced and fleshed out. I had a lot of trouble beating the enemies at first but I did start finding optimal strategies and I can now win the current prototype pretty consistently. I think we have really struck something special with the gameplay core, but we will have to wait and see!

Art:
I have drawn over 100 images for the game now, including 90 graphics for just the heroines alone. After the prototype is where we want it to be, Codemach and I will meet to discuss our expectations and goals for the game. There's a lot I want to do, but I don't want to make the project any bigger than we can handle.

Here are some of the enemy sprites I have made so far. They are very bouncy and will be boppin' along with the music!

I also drew new Heroine portraits for their status screens:

Anyways, that's all for now, I'm excited to have more to share in the future. Any feedback is always welcome and I hope you look forward to the project!

Been a few months, guys! We've got the combat system very very close to being done. After that we'll need to implement a few of the planned roguelike elements. All the gameplay bits work best together so I want you to be able to get a pretty good feel on how the game will work. Here's a little screenshot of what the game currently looks like:

That U.I. is temporary, lol
As you can see, some of the art has been updated. I've already improved my art skills a lot through this project that it's hard to look at some of the stuff I drew last year.
I want to keep a lot of it a surprise before the demo, so I'll just let your imagination run a bit wild with it for now.

The coder and I teamed up in january of 2022 and I've learned so much about art and game design in the past year. If you've never designed a game before you might not realize how difficult it can be just to clearly articulate the ideas to other team members. Luckily the coder and I have figured out a good system of drawing diagrams for each other when we need to communicate better. I'm happy to see how many of my on paper ideas seem to be translating into gameplay very smoothly and I hope we can finish up all the elements we have planned for the demo soon because I'm excited to get some feedback.

Here's some more fun monster design portraits, let me know what you think!

As always, thanks for the patience, I hope to see you again soon.

Yo, what's up, last month we basically finished the foundation for the combat mechanics. We have 4 different enemy types and one boss done as well as a bunch of skills for the heroines. Next we'll be working on the roguelike mechanics including a shop or two and some other stuff. We updated the U.I. for the battle screen as well. Let me know what you think (it's that little box on the bottom right with the choices in it):

Anyways, we're still hard at work fleshing out the rest of the demo. I've been having a lot of fun playing the game and I hope soon you can too.

Hey, guys! We launched our discord server, so if you want to hang out and ask and answer questions about the game feel free to head over there. A lot of this experience will be tailored to the community, so we definitely would appreciate the input!
Here's the link if you want to join:

In other news we made some banners if you want to help spread some awareness for the project. (maybe this is a bit early because you guys haven't played the game yet, but what the heck, they'll be nice to have when their time comes)

There you go!

For a progress update, this past month we got a lot of the run events finished, after that we'll be working on the U.I., the hub world, and a dialogue system for the story bits. It's possible we might have something playable and public before the finished demo, but we're still a little ways away. We've definitely got the most complicated things out of the way, so we're working on fleshing out the simple stuff.

Also, here's a sneak peak at the first boss design in the game:

So just found this today and I'm not gonna lie it looks pretty dope. Been playing adult games for a few years now so things get quite repetitive after all this time. That why i tend to stick to RPG games or Side scroller ones because its interactive with the player and I don't have to only click for the scenes. Anyways side topic aside the art looks good the gameplay sound entertaining and the fact its something new its a big bonus for me. Hope you keep giving updates here, joined the discord server but i don't like to get much spoiler before I play something so probably will stick with this forum. Wish you good luck and hope everything goes great with the development of the game.
