Even though 2.42 works, I get a "0xc0000005" can't start the application correctly error when trying to launch 2.72
Both on my windows7 pc and windows8 laptop
Does 2.72 require dx12? Is there a command to force it to run on dx11?

Full CG unlocked in the Demonicon
Every unlockable is probably unlocked (Not 100% sure, but so far should be sufficient)

I admit this save file is not 100% legit, because I modified (cheated) to unlock everything
I played for 4 runs, and could not bear the grinding anymore, so I modified the file.
Please don't judge me—I have limited time to play games on my PC each day, and I don’t see the value in being overly concerned about the integrity of an offline game's save file.

I have play tests for one run, everything works as of V2.72

You should back up your data before replacing anything.
Put the "Save.data" into C:\Users\(your user name)\AppData\LocalLow\Sinful Salad\Heroine Tower Long Name Game

Other people shared their galleries and cheats for older versions of the game, and I haven't seen them deleted, even though Trongle also reacted to them with a sad face emoji.
Trongle just really hopes that people would learn how to play the game and experience it, instead of immediately jumping at cheats or gallery saves.

Personally I'd rather if people share mods in the server that they are not the kind that just unlocks all the art.

I mean, if this was any other Visual Novel where it's all "click to get to the gallery" I'd get it. But, if the game has actual gameplay, I'd like for people to actually try the gameplay.

That's fine, you do you, no one's forcing anyone to use it.
Though it's nice of you to note that, just for us to know that it might be kinda broken or not suitable for regular play. It should still be fine as 100% gallery save, and for the full game (not just gallery) experience it's better to start a new one anyway.

I woudn't overthink this, there's not a single word about removal. (I would think twice before sharing this on discord though, you might want to avoid "linking" your account here with your discord account, at least your main account. Also, that's not a mod exactly, it's just a save game)

Anyway, I must say that this is a first game I had so much fun with in a while. Got a few laughs here and there. Nice writing, beautiful and sexy artwork.

Some thoughts/suggestions:

• Close views in order.
  Click Extras, then press Esc/RMB - instead of opening the menu it would make sense to close the current view (as if you pressed Back button). The next Esc would bring the menu.
  Same for demonomicon, let players back out of CG viewing screen/enemy screen/demonomicon screen with Esc and/or RMB without making them press Back button. Press esc, close one view/screen at a time (not entirely yeet out of everything at once)
• [Extras > Gallery] Man, I would love the gallery to display not only static sprites, but also some movement and voiceover as they do in game for some animations. Maybe that's what the arenawill be for?
• I might have missed a tutorial or something, but on the character upgrade screen it's kinda not obvious at a glance that you need to click on the character to upgrade. It seems you can't reassign stat without cycling through the characters first.

For that one I'm just gonna have the shadow creature represent them because if I didn't then the player would never even see that sprite.

From what I gather, if you don't get very specific skills for a setup at the start, you're just fucked and will get your map filled up in no time.

Or big skill issue.
Most likely both.
We really need buffs for the MCs.

IMO, 2 skills for each heroine, when you start a run is a necessity.

I wish this game was in a playable state already, cause it's very unique and cool.
But yeah, it's not playable.
You need coins to unlock new skills, but without those new skills you're not even gonna get to the boss in the first place.
Re-roll for skills should always be a thing, not a bought item.
Passing the turn should have some nice benefits, like a 1 turn damage up, or a stat restore.
Maybe using an item could not use up the character's turn.
Some skills are just ass and not worth using at all, or eat WAY too much stamina, or sex resistance, OR they shouldn't use up the character's turn.
Bear trap is the best skill in the game, though, hope it stays as it is, or gets more buffs, like more bear traps placed per skill use.
I don't know, I just know the game needs LOTS and lots of quality of life changes for the le average player.
Bosses having 200 HP alongside all the hordes of enemies is just a pain in the ass.
I do hope for the best for this game, looking forward to more in the future.

I dunno if you're on the version i just updated yesterday but i improved a lot of the worst skills (I forgot to improve arrow return, so i'll have to get that another time), and decreased the HP of many level one enemies.
I've got some upcoming spells in a future update that will actually address some of your feedback directly, like one spell that will allow you to use an item as a free action.

That's to say, trust me as someone who has had to play this game for 200+ hours, i am very aware of some of the frustrating elements of the gameplay and every update we have buffed the player. I could go on and on about how difficult the game used to be in comparison to what it is now.
Anyways, I'll get back to work.
