This game is made like bdsm never existed. Just lead girl to few orgasms, and she will become your total sex slave fucking in every hole possible willingly and doing what ever you say to her without hesitation.
Adding bdsm to this game is like adding silicon implants.... was never considered since start of game development.
This game is just way too real, while being only computer software, and most likely that is reason why game development is stopped.
So we've finally got the abandoned mark LOL by the way, if you haven't tried the final update of "CherryVX" give it a look; female reactions might actually best SMA, otherwise SMA has more freedom...but I do enjoy CherryVX reactions more which surprised me even if functionality seem limited. Also "Villain Simulator" and "True Facials" is updated which make them feel a bit more balanced in terms of immersion...the other game I wish had more options is "Head Game" I'll just keep an eye on it.
I downloaded a lot of the custom poses from this thread. When I go to load custom poses, it no longer shows a preview of the file. It just shows the "boobs loading graphic" in an endless loop. I selected "save-as PNG" for each download to match the existing format and placed in the poses\v8 folder. I did a fresh install and was able to create a pose. The same error was still present when adding two of the .png files to the test after adding them to the poses v8 folder. Known issue?

Even though I saved it as a PNG download from here, I had to open in Paint and resave as a PNG. This fixed the issue with loading, however, the models either say they won't do it or when they do, go into tpose (broken pose. Is there a recommended thread for downloading poses and clothes? I recall an SMA Discord, but can't find it.

The game has complex behaviour system that was never properly fixed before it was abandonded, treat it as a bug.
She might be willing for it becuase you paid but if she hates oral or doesn't like you (height, body build, penis size, how you interacted with her prior to the request, her other stats, pain tolerance) she may still refuse it or it might be game is bugging out the animation based on her and your height and penis size, things don't line up properly.
