You have to remove your pants, make it so their pussy or ass are accessible (best way is to ask to show pussy/anus, you can remove the clothes yourself, but usually, they don't like it.)
Then, put them in a pose (or create one), where you penetrate them.

That one is tricky, you have to understand how rating works (good luck with that), and when the game manages to understand what you want/like, eventually it will give you a level.
Personally, even with autorating and profiles, I'm still yet to gain a single level after ingame weeks.
Lol, yeah. It's stupid. I keep getting the same type of women that I give low ratings for. Another thing i wish this game had is couple poses. Have another guy take pictures while we customise the couple poses.
Tbh it might just be better if someone takes the idea and does it from scratch, it will probably end with better performance and controls. If you go to where you downloaded the game in discussion, below that there's an area called "Extras", in that spot you'll find hints/how to guides..

Make sure that Lock Level is unchecked in the cheat menu.
You can advance to next level after you interview 10 girls and maybe less, if you rate them correclty and send them to a proper agency.
Talk to them and make them want to let you take pictures of their tits and private parts. Take a lot of pictures until the green bar is high enough.
