Alright, I'm once again posting this up to the thread.
Is anybody able to give advice or assist with editing the collar off this image?
I've tried it a couple of times in GIMP, but it doesn't seem to come out right.

if you have a hard time to draw.Here is how you do it.
Step one - Draw the rough lines first in this example is a smaller cilinder.
Step two - Ink those lines, first ink the contour then smaller brush size for the interior.
Step three - Add a base color, using the eyedropper tool get the main skin color that's not darker or lighter.
Step four - Add the shadows there are the most darker shadows then a mid shadow.
Step five - Add the highlights.
Hope you learn from this well.

Another thing you could do is lasso select a neck of a similar pose, overlay that on the original image and then just erase the edges of the collar.

If I might ask for anyone's opinion on this:
I was wondering why the head on some of Alexa's images didn't look as appealing (imo) compared to this one which I find to look the best:
So I took some notes from that image like the oval shape of her jaw, slanted eyes, and edited her normal pose. Question is, do you guys think it looks better than the original?
(edit: I switched to a gif so u can better see the difference.)
(edit 2: I made a second, more drastic version.)

It's a minor differences, I can see you've edited the eyes, eyebrows, shape of the jaw
