One of the main issues I take is still the ongoing problems with the vault scenes...take for example Terra's naked sex scene in her BG private room still shows her on with clothes, some of the girls in Gotham event sex + anal are locked, yacht sex scenes are also locked for a few girls too every update even though I've done it many times over and over and it still remains the same. I'm just wondering if he ports the game to RenPy like how others have attempted it would be much better and consistent, if we're not talking about art or story wise.

Have you ever made AI art yourself? I have, and I'm telling you the way he puts his assets together is just incompatible with the way current models work.

Yes, there are a few LORAs trained on sunsetriders artstyle (

) but they're not particularly great. Honestly they mostly look like shit. I also sincerely doubt he's training his own LORAs, it's not easy and he's just not that technically savvy.

Importantly, though, is the fact that sunset makes heavy use of layers to organize poses and costumes. Modern image generation AI doesn't work this way. It generates whole images. You can "inpaint" which means to choose a section of the image and have it regenerated with a different prompt, but that's not going to be on a separate layer.

When you extract the assets from the game you'll see what I'm talking about. He exports layers from his composition and recomposes them in the game. This is what the asset files actually look like. AI doesn't generate layers that you can export individually. assets Large.jpeg

That said, a decent artist could easily use AI to make a character and then decompose it in into layers and fill in the blanks.

Those do look better! Your character-specific LORAs especially. That style LORA also looks very nice, but doesn't stick to the SU style quite as closely (other than the fact that it seems extremely strongly trained on the lex body, which isn't surprising given it's probably featured in just about every piece of training data).

Trying to decompose those generated images into pieces that you can use as dolls for posing would be a nightmare, and it's obvious that's not what sunset is doing.

But thanks for pointing me to these LORAs. I'll be playing around with them when I get some free time! Honestly with a bit of work these should be able to put out better images than what sunset has given us over the last few years.

I'm running into an issue where I can't load or select any of my slots and it auto load me into save slot 2...not sure if anyone knows a fix?

You're just encouraging them to use AI... Some are criticizing it and others don't even fucking care about the game and Art at that point it's like "don't use AI!" and in the same forum "How do to AI of the creator art"

I played the update, it's standard shit as usual. AI or not, the consistency is all over the place.

I wanted to mention a small thing regarding Batgirl. Instead of being flaunted as a sexbot like Artemis was, Lex is presenting her as an escort dressed as Batgirl. Lex assuages her fear over being half naked in a building full of villains by saying this is an excellent opportunity to gather intel with minimal effort, which is perfectly true. Batgirl agrees, and calms down. By the end of the night, she says she has some juicy info and needs to sift through the rumors and verify the truth.

The thing is, she can't do shit with anything she learns here. Unless she manages to escape from Lex, all that intel will be stuck in her cell with her at night, while during the day she has no memory of anything that happens while under Lex's control.

One could say that she's still hopeful about a jailbreak, since "Nightwing" assured her of this. But I'm pretty sure they just forgot about that and wrote Batgirl as a total dumbass unintentionally.

Perhaps she plans to steal some paper and smuggle a note out of her cell by stuffing it up her ass for Dick to discover later. :LOL:
