Keep choosing actions with her and make sure that Galatea is not your henchwoman. You should get her lex suit first. When you reach the last action, then make Galatea your henchwoman and it should appear.

if you progress with Supergirl past anal without having galatea as henchwoman, then switch to galatea, it resets your progress with supergirl back the initial sex.
