The animations *sucked ass*. Like actually, they were so fucking bad that I really don't miss them at this point. All still frames just made to move. You whine about quality and that is what you wanted for the entire series? High standard of quality and uniqueness lmao. Yeah sure. World is full of actually good artists and SR's 1 frame animations are the pinnacle of porn now.
SR does one thing and one thing alone well: emulate the artstyle of DCA. His work ethic, schedule, the path that GSG has taken to milk this game, they all fucking suck.
And they get 14-16 thousand dollars every month, they do not give a single fuck about any opinions on some fucking pirating forum. They will milk the shit out of this game while you throw them money.

Well there are arguments for both I suppose. Having a deadline that you try to keep is a good thing, keeps you moving and keeps things progressing but if you are stuck in a rut and just putting hammer to nail, if there's no passion for what your doing that's worse than if you miss your dead line. A late game is only late until it's released but a bad game is bad forever.

You do know that having scheduled updates was THEIR choice, right? They chose to release on set deadlines. There was never a poll or anything about "should we release when we feel it's ready or should we stick to a strict schedule?" for their patrons to decide or anything like that. They impose these deadlines on themselves.
Which means it's ENTIRELY their fault that they put out rushed and buggy updates. IT'S ENTIRELY ON THEM. If you think otherwise, you're simply ignorant. Nobody is forcing them to release like this. So if you think they should change to a "release when it's ready" cycle, go tell GSG because they're the ones that won't do it, not because anyone is forcing them to.
Personally, I would have rather they switched to that type of release method a long time ago. Yes people would get impatient, but at least things wouldn't be rushed and broken or unfinished so much. But GSG love talking about how they're one of the few devs that still release on a set schedule. They want that to be a big selling point for their patreon. Yet they keep failing to meet their own deadlines, moving goal posts to compensate, and rushing things into a mess.
Also, nobody forces them to add more and more characters. In fact, for the longest time the majority of people have just been asking for them to fill out the content for all the initial characters. When a bunch of new ones started getting added, people complained that the old ones were still not finished. So that is not the players' fault.
The reason they added more and more characters, is because Sunset gets burnt out making a bunch of content for one or two characters at a time. They've stated this multiple times. So, once again, it's their fault that we have this issue with too many characters but not enough content for them.
So kindly fuck off with blaming the consumer for problems that are 100% the dev's fault, not theirs.

It somewhat reminds me of that infamous Boeing memo: "... designed by clowns, who in turn are supervised by monkeys." I am not going to run into every detail, but the continuous inability to relase on the set date (set by themselves, no less) just proves how badly the project is being managed.
Then again, the patrons keep throwing money on them, which means it actually works pretty well for GSG. I have to admit I kind of hope they would somehow pull their shit toghether and I could throw my money on them as well, but I dont see that happening - people dont change that easily and SR7 has no reason to change.
