How do I get Circe content? I used cheat to hire her but can't find her in legion hideout or find her on posting location menu

You can't hire her like some other villain's. She's intended to visit Lex at some point after the Yacht/Halloween event if I recall right.

The events are clothed sex scenes and a decent amount of content for the latest release is event related.

Using the cheatmod to unlock Blackfire I'm unable to add her has henchwoman. The slot remain empty and saying character is not unlocked.

You just have to continue Starfire and Blackfire content to unlock it. I had to do a bunch of Blackfire content before it was unlocked.

Two requirements for henchwoman Blackfire is finishing the Talk bit and making her dance naked if I recall right.
