Run -> Regedit -> \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Someguy\Something Unlimited
Export the branch, transfer the .reg to the new computer, double click to import saves

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Someguy\Something Unlimited is location in the registry.

Export it with regedit

Click the first Unlock button after upgrading them all the way. Some Heroines like Black Canary and Huntress can't be unlocked to rooms yet.

Other girls go into cells.Cells are completely different rooms.Unlock device become available after you fully upgrade the device 6 times.
