Hey, I just realised that if we hire and use Toy-Man as a defender in our base, we get to unlock a new costume of Lois Lane. I also discovered that if we use Cheshire as a henchwoman, her and Artemis have dialogs to be shown. Same goes for clone-girl and Supergirl. Are there many more easter eggs like this? If so, what else is there to be discovered? Thanks in advance.

After all this time, and there's still such a shitty saving mechanism. Why can't they add more slots? Why no rollback in the dialogue? They really handled the engine poorly.

SR7 was learning to code while doing the code for the game, so it's not a very good code, he also didn't plan on the game being this big. Maybe someday he will fix it and make it enjoyable to replay or to play without cheats, but SR7 has a crazy, paranoid fear that if he hires someone who can actually code the dude is going to abandon the project, so who knows...

As I see it the placeholders are there conceptually, it's more of a could than something concrete when they were put in the game, only now they are a must have to people. For instance even though they are in the UI the robotics and powers still have no place in this game, Lex costumes and the threat system are basically useless and the Heist system is clearly put together just to have some gameplay and add time to a playthrough. The number of girls and cells have also been raised at some point if I'm not mistaken, the scope of the game has changed during the development. You have to not pay attention to think that the game has not changed priorities and planned size during development.
I think SR7 already has a "finished" game about Korra with very underdeveloped features.

I'm honestly not expecting much from this game anymore considering the lack of care to other elements and SR7's commentary of "It's just a Porn Game." regardless of what adjective you put in front of game it's a game and those who put in care and passion into a game will show it in how they talk about it. chances are even upon completion outside of the artwork you'll get a mediocre experience at best so I think it's best to keep humbled expectations of the project till it's complete. at worst you are going to get a interactive asset collection, at best a visual novel that is slightly better then some of the other offerings. presently nothing in the "game" can't currently be done in ren'py in some fashion at a faster pace, so it'll be interesting to see what elements are added and worked on that made Unity with the fungus visual editor the better choice. since we know the artwork is great and will remain a consistent quality the only way to properly judge this game will be from it's Gameplay and Story, two things that have been lacking since the beginning.

I believe SR7 addressed the save question in one of the most recent streams. He said that it would be a nightmare to change now, and that he doesn't like it either. The reason it's the way it is is because the game was never supposed to be this vast. He's been trying to fix legacy issues as he goes, but the more time that he spends on the backend the more people get upset that there isn't enough content. He's trying to balance everything while still producing. The rollback question is something different altogether. This is more of a Renpy function than a Unity one, yeah? Regardless, I'd chalk it up to the same thing as the saves: he'd didn't do it initially because his plan for the game has changed and corners cut at the beginning are causing him headaches now.
Tl;DR He acknowledges that the systems aren't idea, but changing it now would be too time consuming.

You are pretty much on point regarding the coding aspect of this statement, although the statement about being "paranoid" is way off base, so I will address that. The idea that we won't hire a programmer to SU is because we are structured around deadlines and how long the project has been developed for. If you look at other devs (ViperV, Breeding Season, Future Fragments, Sim Bro's,...etc) we see a constant issue with one party not getting the job done in the time frame promised. You must realize that when using crowdfunding as a creator you are under constant scrutiny regarding "milking or scamming" so if we miss an update or not deliver on a promise we then become no better than the other 1000's of crowdfunded projects that scammed people. As you can see the smart business decision would be to continue to keep this project solo so we can move forward and invest in our team on other projects that are NOT time sensitive.

You make this sound as if SR7 doesn't truly care about this project, and that cannot be further from the truth. If you look at his past projects, most have been abandoned before they even neared completion due to boredom. Now with SU he has the ability to create and love what he creates. You can see he cares throughout this project as the quality is always improving (I mean the guy is even fucking animating his art now!!!). As for waiting for completion, what's in it for us to complete this project? Do we have a platform to sell it? Can we sell it? Do we have another project to fall back on? Has SR7 finished all the ideas in his head? Is he bored?. The answer to all these questions is NO, so I can see him working on this game for many more years to come. This is why we are investing in our team outside this project in order to create more. Our patreon isn't just SU there is much more going on, we currently have an artist and programmer on staff.

Lastly to come in after 2.5 years of development and say "should have just used ren'py" shows you were not around when we initially answered these questions. The reason we used unity was due to SR7's competency and familiarity with the program and basic knowledge of C#. So instead of starting a game and learning python, we started a game with an engine we had knowledge of. Also realize that this version of Unity we are using is 2.5 years old now, and the version of fungus is around 2 years old.
