In the new version's(2.3.2) Changelog, it mentions fixing a character named Erica's blowjob scene not unlocking in the vault. Who is Erica? How do I unlock her?

Prison guard. To interact with her you should do the Prison event.
Once complete, you can also find her scenes in the Poison Ivy section in the Vault.

Secondtime only the head was visible on the model, and after that, game freezes every time it is tried.

Another Bug report.
After Strip + costumes, Black Fire gets Special option which has another Special tap instead of Leash or Naming.
The second Special leads to nowhere.
