How many times do I have to make Starfire dance so I can get her to strip? I'm kind of getting bored and want my cells to be like a mini nudist colony.
about 3 time IIRC. there was a bug with starfire that doesn't allow you to progress with her if you have blackfire as your chosen henchwoman, that may be your problem
How do I get blackfire as a henchwoman? I think I unlock all the scenes in the cell with her but can't choose her as an henchwoman.

That's Volcana. You need to redo the prison event to get her unlocked, even if you've already freed her or have her in Lex's room already.
He's something that isn't gay but still on the Superman theme. Superman being broken by Lex's dick I didn't post here because I don't think anyone would care. But you can have the next in the progression. Might put costumes on it not sure yet.
It should only take four or five dances to make her strip. If it's still not working try resetting her device and re-upgrading it. Otherwise...I'm not sure what to tell you.
It might also be tied to getting Blackfire but I don't think so.
Try talking to her? You might have to upgrade Starfire's device until you bring her to the cells too.

Uhm, simple...
You don't, the saves are tied to the register, so you just need to download the new version and play it.
You could even delete the downdated version's folder entirely and still keep the saves intact.
Now where's my cookie ?
When I try to do wonder woman's glamour slam leash scene the game freezes but her street scene loads and plays just fine is it a known glitch or is that scene still missing?
