^Make sure you actually manually visit the office. The scene where you capture her doesn't automatically trigger like the first one. I also waited like 30 days or so after the first one.

Does anyone have a guide for 2.1.555? The guide in the OP is for 2.1.2 which is pretty outdated at this point.

What do you mean "find her"? She appears in the 'Office' section of the tower after you've captured Starfire. She'll appear there once to threaten you and then a couple days later (it depends on your luck of a "couple" days) shes appear there again and gets captured.

As much as I would love more animations, SunsetRiders7 will only be doing a few more it seems, and only flip-books, not full animations.

Gave the game a try today.....
Overall I have to say I found it very disappointing.

Don't get me wrong, I think it's a great concept overall, the art is great, and some of the dialogues are actually pretty funny.....
So, what's my problem? Well, it's another 'porn' game with basically almost no porn....
hours of clicking to see the odd image with nudity and tons of dialogues? No Animations? Mind-controlling heroines to have them strip and occasionally engage in vanilla sex? (instead of bondage, gangbangs, monster rapes etc).
Yup, just what every male dreams of, mind-controlling hot chicks to do pretty much nothing with them....

Thanks but no thanks, waste of time and waste of effort.
Honestly it looks, to me, like nothing more than a funny management game about super heroes but with the added gimmicky of the rare and poorly made porn. Hard to believe people are paying money to support this.

Anyways, just a thought, and if I seemed harsh, well, sorry but it looks to me like a waste of a great concept. To each their own I guess.
This post just seems very poorly thought out altogether.

For one, the game is debatably not even half way done. You can't complain there's no hardcore stuff like "monster rapes" when he's barely made enough progress to even have basic sex scenes for most heroines.

Secondly, sounds like you are simply not an H-game type of person. If you want immediate gratification, go look up any generic porn. Quality H-games generally don't strive for that. It's like comparing an RPG to a first person shooter. If it was meant to be that basic, you could play it on any gaming site without having to download.

The adherence to subject material and the development of character's personalities and stories is what makes this so damn solid. If Sunsetrider didn't take the time to show the characters as they were in the original shows and tie in relevant plots, i think the game's core fan base (myself included) wouldn't be nearly as interested. Also considering the universe it's based around, he's nailed how I'd expect characters in these situations to act (Heroes are strong willed & resistant to suggestive acts, while villains generally don't care & will do anything for money/power). The game does a killer job of building up anticipation as you work toward shit, without letting it get boring.

To your point, progress on this game is PAINFULLY slow, so i can sympathize with that. But as far as quality, they have consistently nailed it. Sunsetrider's historically made plenty of quality action-filled comics, so it will come eventually (assuming they finish it).

Well, man, fair enough. At the end of the day we all have different tastes. I can see how some people would enjoy a combination of a management game with a super hero fetish. I did mention that there were some positives (the overall concept, the art, and reasonably funny dialogues).

let's talk a bit about hentai games, however. I would say that there are, overall, two different schools of thought here.... so to speak.
for one you have games where, as you mentioned, the emphasis is on playing the game with a bit of hentai as a reward (especially highly addictive, time consuming games like RPGs or management games that involve a lot of grind).
However there are other games that focus on sex more and require less grind (some visual novels, slave trainers like Slave Lord, games where you can customize models like AG3, Honey Select etc).
Honestly, I tend to prefer the second type. I played a lot of Final Fantasy VII and VIII games, so it's not like I don't like RPGs, but I would argue that if I mainly want to play a good RPG then there are better options than the hentai games.
But, different people, different taste.

Regarding Something Unlimited, however, I feel like there are other issues involved.
1) the creators are obviously not that interested in the hentai aspect of the game.
You and many others have already agreed that the development is painfully slow, tons of characters but nothing to do with them, some people mentioned it was years before there was even any sex in the scenes. Even by the standards of the first type of game discussed, this kind of process betrays a clear lack of interest in that aspect of the game.

2)Just to confirm the first point, the rare H scenes are, well, not 'scenes'. I'm sorry but a scene is not one static image with a lot of narrative (so so written by the way, we'll get to that). I know, producing good art/animation is time consuming, other games take shortcuts. I still think the best games Hentai games make more of an effort in this area.

3)The writing is, in terms of erotica, meh. For example, in the early strip scenes the words are nothing more than a mechanical description of a girl dancing on stage. There are no feelings involved and the words could really apply to any stripper in the world. That makes the H part uninspired and dull. Ok, they're mind controlled, so they act like robots..... yawn.
They could have described them as aware but unable to control their body, for example, thereby making it possible to discuss how they feel in that situation, maybe personalize some of the different heroines approach to being mind controlled etc
Instead, they just keep adding characters that at the end of the day all act the same, like brainwashed robots. Again seems to me like they don't care about hentai they only care about heroes, quests etc. Frankly, it's also a waste of time. Tons of characters that all act the same imo just make the game more boring.

4) The main character is more interested in building gadgets than doing any of the hot chicks in the game.....ok and mind controls Lois Lane to watch her sit in her room? Damn, this game is worse than dating in real life, never mind the 'unlimited' possibilities.

5) Not that much fun as a management game, imo..... lots of clicking, but in the end the results of all that clicking are pretty random (heist succeeded, did not succeed.... ok, whatev). I haven't seen anything that really affects the story, or changes the way characters act or feel, or ways in which you can affect main parts of the story with your decisions (yeah, more of that might be added, but I don't trust these guys to get there, honestly, good writers just don't spend years setting a scenario, good writers start with smaller but interesting interactions with less characters and then gradually expand the scope of the story)

anyways, it's all just for a chat, we'll agree to disagree. But still, yeah, for me a name such as "something extremely limited" would have been a lot more fitting..... and the writing is, in terms of erotica, very poor. Just a thought.

So I have a problem. I've been playing Something Unlimited for some time, and for this year's build I decided to start a new game. All's fine, except for one thing: I have no idea how to unlock Supergirl's naked 'costume' in the cells.

I mean, I have it unlocked on an old save, but for some reason nothing I do works. I only get her to 'dance', 'dance', 'dance'... never once I have a 'strip' option...

Because she doesn't have a strip yet.

@Niteowl while some of these points are very fair, I think overall you are judging the game more based of what it could have been instead of what it is, and its core is a trainer type game: you have the women and Lex' mission is to corrupt them. Much of the reason why we only got sex acts recently is because it's the end game, there's no much left to do after Lex can freely have sex with a girl.

Don't get me wrong, you do make some decent points, and at the end of the day it boils down to a difference in taste. You are still judging it as a finished product when we have barely scratched the surface of most of the game though. He has made sure he has a functional game before working on the hentai, as he should. If he jumped straight to pictures and scenes, it would be a comic, not a game.

He has some of the best H-art I've seen in general, let alone in any H-game. As someone mentioned earlier, if he tried to make every scene a full animation, he'd be half way through the Glamour Slam at best right now, with nothing else to show for. Especially considering its been mostly one man working on it. I have no doubt he will "make more of an effort" on H scenes when we have a game with functioning features first. The game isn't very linear, so working on one specific section of it doesn't necessarily work that well. Sure he could focus on completing specific girls, and though part of me kind of wishes he would, I honestly enjoy not being given it right way on a silver platter. It builds it up and ensures something to look forward to.

"The main character is more interested in building gadgets than doing any of the hot chicks" Do you know anything about DC lore/have you even watched the shows this is based on? (If you haven't, you 100% should btw) That is specifically what all this is based around. Lex has always cared about nothing besides power & killing superman. This whole game is presumably the raunchy side of what took place during the Glamour Slam JLU episodes, and as i stated earlier, Sunsetriders has completely nailed the plausibility oh how this would all likely go down given that. Lex would rather attain power than fuck random beezys, and changing core aspects like that about him or the series just to expedite sex scenes might win some newbie fans unaware/uninterested in the source material, but would break the lore immersion and insult the character, show, and regular fans who want to see those apsects maintained.

-"There's no story/character changing elements." Well duh, a grand total of maybe 2 or 3 games features have even progressed past half way. Threats, Plans, Calls, Superpowers, Robotics, and Exhibition are all huge game features he hasn't even started. Cloning, Events, Summoning, and Tala's Items are all equally huge things we've seen literally only one example of. You talk as if you've come to an end-all opinion of it regardless of what he adds or changes. If that's the case, there's really no point in further discussing it, but it's lame to give a set in stone opinion of a half-finished product.

I, nor anyone else is saying the game is perfect. There could def be more feelings-based, meaningful interactions. Mind control scenes like those in the Glamour Slam could be less robotic/vanilla. More animations and variety in the sex scenes would be great. Some decision-based outcomes would be huge. BUT these are all things he can and may definitely add or alter at any point. 45ish% completion is a loooong way from being final, and a lot can change till then.
