The truth is that most future characters will be nobodies. I can think of very few girls I would like to see in the future, Jessica Cruz for example.
Getting future characters wouldn't be so weird, this is comic book science. Have the league of superheroes come back it time to figure out what is going on, then Lex just hijacks their time machine. Then the time machine just becomes another location on the world map.

Or just use summoning. Tala could do it if Lex gets the set up for her. I'd find it funny that Lex would make Inque and whatever future villains disappear. Future Batman would probably be happy he has less problems...Old Bats would take issue.

Gotham is full of women for Sunset "I Love Obscure Characters" Riders7 to draw from.
And as an aside, I think Jessica Chastain would have made an ideal Andrea.
For MAXIMUM obscure, if these two make the cut then I will not stop laughing.
Dr Chase Meridian is also a longshot.
Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown seem like no-brainers.
Summer Gleeson is also possible. But I'll admit, I think she's underwhelming. So underwhelmnig I'm not gonna bother with a picture.
Nora Fries would be funny. She was pretty hot in Arkham Knight.
Maybe an Oracle variant for Barbara Gordon but I doubt that one. New content for Huntress is almost guaranteed. Probably the al Ghul sisters too.
Catwoman will be interesting. I hope the Batman Returns look is an alt.

Maybe we can start making bets how many updates of Gotham we will get?
How many updates before he starts another event,without finish Gotham-Green Lanterns for example.

Put me down for four updates (including the initial) containing some Gotham content before he gets bored and moves on
I bet only two updates we will get some Gotham side chicks no characters mentioned here only the lowest fruits no batgirl no batwoman, no catwoman just side chicks you don't care about maybe he will forget even what character goes where in this universe and put random characters from other DCAU films.
He said on stream that he wanted to spend max 1 year on future events, so probably he will finish/abandon Gotham event in late 2024 if nothing changes.

I really doubt the first Gotham update will have much. If I remember correctly the only thing we got for the first themyscira update was intro scenes and a couple of strip scenes.
