Usually from a week to three weeks.
What typically happens is we'll either get the update a day or two into the month, or there'll be a patreon post about unforeseen issues getting content to work and how things are being delayed. At that point it could be a day or two more or as much as three weeks. Usually the excuse is something like "I can't get it to work so I turned the content off." which somehow takes a week or three. Yet for the next update it miraculously works and the code is just the same as it is for everything in the game.

I have no problems with Batman villains myself, the problem is that "new" content added to the game is meaningless and will likely go nowhere, like everything else in the game.
