Looks like you put a lot of work into it. But the creators of the game won't check this forum, since it's the blackhat, alternative sharing site. If you want your work to reach them i advice you to either send it to them via email, or post it on the discord servers.

Not sure if everyone is having this issue. The game just outright bugs out and crashes when I try to have Wonder Woman dance. Is something wrong or not functioning proper?

currently running the current f95 version and have hit two issue, with i hope simple fixes.
1. After stripping Harley out of her main costume, I hit strip again and now she is invisible.
2. I started the prison break job but cannot continue after i did the dampener heist. I got the missing piece but when i pull up the breakout in the plan section the execute button doesn't work, only the go back button

I don't plan on pledging again until they add some henchwoman/cell duo content. Galacia/Supergirl, Starfire/Blackfire, maybe make Ivy a henchwoman and give her and batgirl cell content.

Maybe they realized that they can get useful feedback from here (Even if you have to dig a little to find something useful among all of the bitching and repeated questions/demands) and it's not like they can stop piracy.

Honestly I don't care about the particular reason, I'm just happy they are working torwards fixing the main things people complain about. (Not adding content to a particular character or introducing a new one).

I really like this game and wish the best for it.

That question is not a easy one to answer since it would vary from different perspectives. However my answer would be something similar to the 2.1.5 update. It was easily one of the best in terms of content and the number of bugs was reasonable.
