There doesn't seem to be a lot of stuff added, looks like Sunsetrider7 focused on bug fixes this update? I suppose we haven't seen the detailed change log though.
He says there are a TON of changes under the hood. Almost a complete rewrite of lots of old systems. The idea being that it will make it significantly easier to add content later, instead of working around buggy implementations we wrote years ago, which he has had to do for the past few updates.
