I will agree that most of people are playing fast and loose using one hand on fast-forward,
but you are missing out on exquisite degeneracy of female corruption.

Themyscira event is good. Key idea - they have not seen a man, so they can not pin-point source of the increased sexual drive.
And Luther never mentioned this device to them.

But old scheme is questionable at best:
1. You capture heroine.
2. She tries to punch\outsmart herself out.
3. She fails.
4. She get bored.
????
5. She can't rub one out.
????
6. She start sucking your dick.
Wasn't there something missing? Some catalyst actor/event that should be between 4,5 and 6? Why heroines that knows about device are failing to resist it and succumbing so easily?

Only one that given a good reason - is Terra.

Not a bug. Girls can't be in a few places at the same time. In my saves they are all in the cells.
To put them in the club or in the bordello from there you need to reset their devices first.
To reset device:
Lexcorp - Labs - Labs - Devices - Upgrade - Choose a girl - Reset - Reset
Note that when you're resetting a device you reset its level, and you need to upgrade its level to do more explicit stuff in the Club/Bordello.

I just hope that they will actually lock the fuck in with BoB2 and make it an actuall functional game.
IF we still be alive by the time they'll start developing it.
