Unrelated but I hate how small some of the characters are in the selection
Oh there's a whole heck of a lot wrong with this game from a structural standpoint. It's like a lean-to built onto the side of a lean-to. It's hard to blame gunsmoke for wanting to just wipe the slate and try again.

Love the game, makes me wish for a Star Wars ‘corruption trainer‘ game where you play as a Sith Inquisitor corrupting Jedi and other people to your cause. (The Star Wars Old Republic MMO had something like that for the Sith Inquisitor path) Does anyone know if there is a similar Star Wars trainer game that’s similar to this?

Is the dev remaking the whole game in the ren'py engine because of the Unity engine being problematic and outdated?

Not the whole game, only events are being made into renpy, the main game is only being remade for android not PC.

Ah ok, I just read that on this thread that the dev only makes two updates a year for this game and I assumed it was because of the engine being problematicmand outdated.
Btw just out of curiosit, in the upgrade device option for the heroines, there’s a third ‘upgrade‘ option at the bottom, do you actually unlock that option at a certain point in the game or is that not implemented just yet as I’m confused on what it might be?

Sorry, I saw it on this thread and I assumed it was the case, I apologise for assuming too much. I was seeing a lot of hate on this thread which is disheartening because the game is great. Usually I wait to play an adult game till it’s completed, like for example waiting till a tv show finishes so you can binge watch it, but Something Unlimited has already got tons of content so I went in anyway.
I think the dev is doing great and deserves a lot of support, The time to write, code, animate and draw and to do it for a decade on the same game, that is awesome because those things take time and takes a lot out of you, I tried doing that once and it wasn’t for me.So anyone who does that deserves a lot of praise.

I got a question, I noticed there’s another unlock option in the upgrade device option for the heroines, now I assumed it would be unlocked once you fully corrupt a heroine in. their cells but it still didn’t unlock itself once I did that. Does it get unlocked later in the game and what is the purpose of that last unlock option?

It's an error on the part of the dev (or an oversight). At this stage, I'd imagine they're leaving it alone in case trying to remove it breaks something.
