Its not that the community gets a hate boner about you having a life. its that the community couldn't give a fuck about your personal life any more than anyone else's because its none of our damn business. Hate to break it to you Paitryn but our personal dev blogs get the most traffic, and the highest like count, out of all our posts. Plus we get many guys talking to us about the things we put in there. And it's was highly requested after I dropped it a while ago.

We're in the business of doing what we love, showing people that we do more than just point the camera at the poontang. So considering this is my thread, about my game, I will post my personal blog here. Best thing for you to do, is just don't click.

Yes, we don't know if the full Ren'py rebuild will be ready to go yet. As it's getting worked on actively.

Im getting Ecchi Sensei vibes from this desire sudden shift. The game was going consisent with updates and then suddenly a merge wanted to be down and everything haulted to eventually being abandoned.

Seems to be a similiar case here where want to shift from Unity and Ren'py and the main game isnt updating anymore.

i don't mind the main SU game is on Unity but...why the "full Ren'py" for the main SU Game?

Full Ren'py is going to replace Unity going forward for technical reasons that would be difficult to explain if you have trouble with English.

It's missing some pieces for it to be fully complete for PC, and a need to improve image quality. But it's not a "not updating" anymore situation. It's we will use the stand alones until we get to a point of the Ren'py version being acceptable.

The the stand alones will still be updated but just for Android users who cannot play the large project we have currently.

I can't stress enough how stoked I am for the Ren'Py build. This was/is one of my favorite H-games of all time, and I've played hundreds of them. But I loathe Unity so much that it made me want to just wait until the game was finished one day before ever touching it again. For a while my biggest hope for it was just that someone might do a Ren'Py port one day.

I just looked back and realized that the last SU build I played was 2.3.4. So not only do I have the new Ren'Py build to look forward to but I'm sure also a lot of great content that I've never seen before as well. Whether it's in Dec, Jan, Feb, March, etc. I don't care, it's going to be a Day One play for me whenever it drops
