It should work for a few updates, but eventually it will start to get unstable and you'll have to start over. Thankfully, cheats make that take like an hour max.
My computer is a Mac, but I've always used WIne to run the WIndows version of the game. This time, it throws a segmentation fault: 11 error whenever I try to load it. I think we might be looking at another completely fucked release, boys.
New Version has a Bug. Game Freezes and nothing happens when you select "anal" for Talia.

Well, it actually dropped. Sounds like it's a mess.
Hmm the Halloween event seems to work ok, but the teleporter events all go to black. Can anyone confirm this?

also, i will always find funny that for these halloween updates they repeat the content twice in the changelog to make it seem bigger (by mentioning the same threesome scene on both girls that are part of the threesome)
