The new stuff isn't available in the vault. You have to replay it again to see it again through the "Reset Event" button in your office.

Try right clicking and say open. You have to open as an admin and it will open then.

It seems to me that not a lot of content came out due to the fact that too many characters were added at a time. As for me, it would be better not to add all at once, but one by one. (sorry if you don't understand english is not my preferred language)

I seem to be stuck in the new event
I can't get Korra's appearance or the prestress or oracle scenes.

Basically everywhere I go everyone is busy or not there. I can't get into Hera's temple as Artemis won't let me. Any clues as to how to get the last scenes ?

I agree because I exracted new asstets with no problem and I never had any problem with non-patreon version before maybe it's a bug or something
