Not sure why it's not mentioned in the changelog, but there's a decent amount of new ones actually. I didn't keep count, but at least 5, with one being a really good multi-choice one with Claire.

Awesome game so far, the renders are stunning and character design is amazing same goes for the writing. First time after being a dik back in the day that I sub to a patreon for a game.

I made a post last year about the character models being really good, and after this update i have to reiterate my praise, they're fuckin top tier. Take Claire for example :
Stretch marks ! Thank you ! I can't remember the last time I saw them in a game, but they make her seem a lot more lifelike and add to why her body sticks to your mind.

as far as I'm aware there's not much preg content yet. One of the new girls from this update asks MC to impregnate her, and the risk of pregnancy is sometimes mentioned when you creampie other characters, but noone's actually pregnant yet
my guess is that the tag is there to signify future pregnancy content
Sounds like it'll be for endings (like Sister Lust?) since no one is actually going to become prego, give birth, and continue on with their storyline.
Eh, people do have their kinks, I guess.
I mean, I get it (good visuals) but ones I can do without. Was she chubby, did she give birth before, bodybuild, you know, for the stretch marks to make sense? probably no reason and they just have it, game rules and such.
I wish the game cover art wasn't so messy (filled with stuff on it). I think having it be a bit more simplistic would be better. Who are the main LIs, who are the side girls? who matters, who doesn't? I have no clue.

First off, stretch marks are super common. Anyone can get them if they experience growth spurts. I mean, I'm a guy who has never been overweight, I've never did bodybuilding and I've definitely never been pregnant, but I still have some on my hips
And because it's scar tissue they don't really disappear.
Secondly, Claire's a milf who gave birth to 2 kids.
I wouldn't know, I'm no expert (clearly) and don't check out everyone's body that I come across. If it's noticeable, sure.
And there you go, that's the reason.
