I tried, downloaded both ver 0.21 also the update, I tried cheat qsp of Dalzot, there's no option to call aunt in my room in aunt's apartment.

here I guess, I'm newbie so don't really know If it works. at 1st I only used Cheat engine to get money, I don't use cheat patch, but I couldn't trigger those events so I tried the cheat pack of Dalzot, still didn't fix it yet.

The phone is afaik only used for Lizaveta and Aurelius so far, and Antonina on alt-path. You call Aunt from your bedroom in her apartment. The mom/sis talk occurs after sister knocks on Mom's door while you're fucking in the morning.

Sister need to catch you and mom have sex in the morning. She come knocking at her door. This lead to them have a conversation in the livingroom later, and after that you can talk to the mom in her bedroom, and after that you can start sleep in her bedroom at night.

Now you need to have sex with your sister in the morning, and have your mother catch you (peek through the door). Then talk with the mother at kitchen in the morning about this. Again... you need to have sex with the mother and have your sister catch you. Then talk with sister, then talk with mother and then they have the final talk in the livingroom afterwards.

To start the 3some events with mom and sis, you need to talk with the sister in the kitchen in the evening, and you need to do the go to mom like 3-4 times before she goes along.

Somehow her sex stat was 1 which shouldn't have happened yet. Changed and you can call aunt again.

Replace the qsp that's in the assets/standalone_contents folder with one of the files that are in the post if your are wanting to play in english

Just use a modded qsp or just try to load a game and see, you should be good. At least SOB is forgiving that way Big Kayush on the other hand, in that game you should burn your saves.

yeah I know .... but it's still a pain in the ass if the saves are not working ... it would be like impossible to play every update without the mod/cheats
