i saw that but the main thread is with abandon tag
also i think this one is russian ver english mlt is still in 0.29
anyway i will try to mlt the 0.3 version and make another compression

i just finished after 2 days the machine translation but i can't import it to the game i followed this guide https://f95zone.to/threads/tools-for-qsp.249/
anyway if anyone want's to continue trying

It's not a western modified game. It's just a translation of the qsp. In the latest 0.30 there is no such folder though.

What is inside that VZ folder? Can you make a screen and post? Maybe I can figure it out -)

The vicezealot (VZ) movies are for two scenes, one with Melissa in the sauna and one with Luda in the hospital. You have to turn on the "Unofficial Bonus Scenes" from the "settings" screen, and then you need to progress enough with both these women to trigger the scenes at these locations.
